This policy explains how Table Tops By Nomi, LLC (“Tabletops By Nomi”, “we”, “us”) handles your information when you visit tabletopsbynomi.com, place an order, or contact us, including through Instagram. Our Terms of Service are on a separate page.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information when you place an order. We also collect information about your use of our website through cookies and similar technologies.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and fulfill your orders, communicate with you about your orders, send you marketing communications (with your consent), and improve our website and services.

Instagram Messages and Comments

When you send a direct message to @tableclothsbynomi or comment on one of our Instagram posts, we receive it through Instagram’s official API so that our team can read it and answer you.

• What we process: your Instagram-scoped user ID, your username, the text of your direct messages and comments, and metadata about any attachments you send (such as the attachment type and link).
• Why: only so that our staff can answer your questions and help with your order.
• Suggested replies: an AI service, Anthropic’s Claude, drafts a suggested reply from your message. A person on our team reviews, edits if needed, and approves every reply before it is sent. The one exception is a single fixed thank-you message that may be sent automatically when you first start a conversation with us. Anthropic processes the text only to produce the draft and, under its commercial terms, does not use it to train its models.
• Where it goes: each new message or comment, with its suggested reply, is shown to the owner of Tabletops By Nomi in a private Telegram chat, where the reply is approved and sent.
• How long we keep it: the text of your messages and comments is kept for up to 180 days; operational logs for up to 30 days. The copies in the owner’s private Telegram chat are deleted when you ask us to delete your data.
• What we never do: we do not sell your Instagram data, and we do not use it for advertising or ad targeting.
• Deleting it: send us the direct message “delete my data” on Instagram, or email hello@tabletopsbynomi.com. See Data Deletion for the full steps.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only with service providers who help us operate our business (such as payment processors, shipping carriers, our hosting and database providers, Anthropic for drafting suggested replies, and Telegram for delivering them to our team) and as required by law.

We use cookies to improve your browsing experience, analyze website traffic, and personalize content. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, please contact us at hello@tabletopsbynomi.com. We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm when they are done.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page.
